Hotel staff and hotel guests simply touch the screen to find information. The graphics on the main screen page are customized for each hotel, and nine information categories are presented to the user. Each main screen category is followed by a variety of subcategories to provide a quick and clear path to the desired information. Upon finding the information, the user is presented with general information and given the opportunity to view additional information, print detailed information, view a full-screen video, make a direct connection for reservations, or to continue looking for other information.
